Depending on the session, we may explore:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul style=\"padding-right:30%;padding-left:30%\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Energizing techniques<\/strong>&nbsp;(e.g., hyperventilation-based methods)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Vagus nerve activation<\/strong>&nbsp;for deep nervous system regulation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"padding-right:0%;padding-left:0%\"><strong>Pelvic floor<\/strong>&nbsp;focused breathing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"padding-right:0%;padding-left:0%\"><strong>Gentle, peaceful breathing<\/strong>&nbsp;for relaxation &amp; clarity<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"padding-right:25%;padding-left:25%\">Some experience this phase as&nbsp;<strong>psychedelic<\/strong>, others as&nbsp;<strong>grounding or cathartic or relaxing.<\/strong>&nbsp;It depends on the participant and on the type of breathwork we practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"padding-right:25%;padding-left:25%\"><br><strong>GROUNDING<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 After activation, we ease into a&nbsp;<strong>gentle meditation<\/strong>&nbsp;drawing from techniques like&nbsp;<strong>Yoga Nidra &amp; Vipassana body scans.<\/strong><br><br><strong>RELEASE<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 The facilitator will guide you through&nbsp;<strong>affirmations or a meditation<\/strong>, helping you let go of&nbsp;<strong>stress, anxiety, and emotional baggage<\/strong>, leaving you feeling&nbsp;<strong>peaceful &amp; restored.<\/strong><br><br><strong>INTEGRATION<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 We close in a&nbsp;<strong>sharing circle<\/strong>, where you can&nbsp;<strong>reflect, connect, and integrate<\/strong>&nbsp;your experience with the group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"padding-right:25%;padding-left:25%\">By the end, you\u2019ll feel&nbsp;<strong>a deep sense of vitality &amp; tranquility<\/strong>&nbsp;to carry into&nbsp;<strong>your daily life, relationships, and personal growth.<\/strong>&nbsp;How will you feel during a session?
